All performers must complete the online registration process to secure their place in the show. A registration fee of £25 is payable by each performer, and this fee includes a CHANCE2DANCE finale t-shirt, which will be provided to them on the day of the show.
The registration process should be completed as soon as possible, but absolutely no later than 6 weeks before show day, so that CHANCE2DANCE ("we") have sufficient time to process the necessary performance licences and licence exemptions with the local authorities. Every performer of compulsory school age must have a performance licence or licence exemption in place to perform with CHANCE2DANCE. We will arrange this with the local authorities using the data collected during the registration process; therefore, please ensure that all fields are completed as fully as possible. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any performer who completes the registration process after the 4-week deadline and/or does not have a performance licence or licence exemption in place on the day of the event, if applicable.
Upon completing this registration process, the performer (or the parent/guardian, if completing the registration process on behalf of the performer) agrees to meet the requirements of taking part in a CHANCE2DANCE theatre event, as set out in our terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, being responsible for selling a minimum of two tickets per performer to the show you are participating in. Additional tickets are available, and there is no limit on the amount you can buy, but they will strictly be sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that if a performer does not meet their minimum ticket requirement, they may not be able to participate in the event.
Sibling rule: The minimum ticket requirement is two tickets per family. If 2 or more children from the same immediate family perform in a CHANCE2DANCE show, a minimum of two tickets should be purchased on behalf of the family. However, all performing siblings must complete the registration process and pay the fee of £25. Please note that a different email address must be used to register each sibling.

The minimum ticket sale requirement is necessary to ensure that we can continue to create these incredible opportunities for performers. We only have one night to re-coup the huge production costs, and we could not do this without the continued support of dancers, dance schools, and their families and friends. THANK YOU!!
